I would like to buy a hotel, 5*, located Gran Canaria (Canary Islands), Spain, 95 Rooms, includes 19 suits from junior to presidential , booked with 85% average occupancy, Including 3 restaurants; The price is: 55 M. €, can be negotiated...shouldn’t be more than 40 M. €., lets assume, it will be sold for 40 M. €, and it is it worth definetely!

I do not have the money or the source to borrow from to buy it!!

I would like to know, if someone of the readers and participants of the forum knows a way, how this project can be funded including approx. additional 3% on top for expenses for the first year as reserve.

Without pre payments and/or upfront fees for BG´s, CD´s, MTN´s and how all the instruments are named? would mean gross including all fees for notary office, lawyers, government 40 M. + 7% = 42,8 - 43 M. €, including the fee for CONSULTANCY, which is due after successful funding!

Heard from non-recourse-financing, will something like that work?

On the other hand…someone said: “TAKE” the double, means: 86 or 110 M. split it, one half for purchasing project, the other half into a financial "special" program earning “enough for paying back the total loan within some month…..”

No, I havn´t received balance sheet and so on by now; no, I have no business plan and summery now, think it is not needed now! first of all I want to know, if there is a possibility to get a loan for this!

Will Banks and other in the financial markets involved companies be able to finance at this stage, where the financila markets are nuts?
