I am under contract on a home in Phoenix, AZ bordering Scottsdale with purchase price of $1.175mil. The home was a foreclosure, went up for auction at the courthouse steps and was not picked up due to a mechanics lien in the amount of $$$$, then it went back as an REO. Later it was auctioned off with an auctioneer and my seller won the highest bid. I am the new buyer and we are doing a simultaneous closing on SEPTEMBER 14, 2015.
