1 Jun 2024 Seeking to raise capital by selling Notes with a 15% yield per annum. We just finished writing our Private Placement Memorandum. Each Notes is being sold at $25,000. The Notes are being sold under Rule 506 (c), which is an exemption from Registration. We are based in the States, but we focus on working with miners from West Africa. We use a quasi-CIF approach. In addition to the 15% interest, which will be paid quarterly, the Company will pay Note holders a proportionate interest (1/4 of 1% of the net income) of each kilogram purchased while the Notes are outstanding.
