Non-Recourse
Loan for any viable project anywhere in the world
This is how
the funding program works.
1. Borrower
must have a bank guarantee with a minimum face value of $500 million
2. The bank guarantee must be owned from a first class bank
3. The lender presents a contract to the borrower for completion
and signing.
4. Information required from borrower in the contract includes the
following:
-Borrower's name/company name
- Physical address
-Borrower bank details where funds will be deposited -Bank details
of bank blocking the bank guarantee -Bank guarantee details
5. Once borrower has completed his part, borrower sends back contract
to lender for completion and signature
6. Once lender has completed his part and signed, borrower gets
his/her copy of complete contract
7. Bank -to - bank verification of funds and bank guarantee begins
8. Once information checks out, lender deposits 65% of $500 million
into borrower's account if loan is $500 million less arrangement
fees which are 10% of the bank guarantee face value.
9. Interest on the loan is 10% and taken upfront. Therefore borrower
gets $450 million all in all if the loan is $500 million
10. Lender retains 25% of $500 million for investment 11. Lender
guarantees return of 25 % at the end of 12 months. If the loan is
$500 million, the 25% is $125 million
12. When the 65% ($325 million) is issued to borrower, the bank
guarantee is blocked at the issuing bank for 12 months and unblocked
at the end of 12 months.
13. Lender does not the take bank guarantee but only blocks it at
borrower's bank that issued the guarantee.
14. The contract period is 12 months
15. At the end of 12 months the bank guarantee is unblocked and
the 25% is returned to borrower
16. Borrower pays nothing at the end of 12 months thus the loan
is non-recourse -Once contract is signed, turn around time to get
first payout is 25 banking days.
-Initially you can get between $500 million and $2 billion
-Later on, you can borrow up to $10 billion or more per project.
-No business plan or credit check conducted -Guarantee must be free
of any liens
-Lender can give 3% of BG face value in 10 banking days as advance
payment.

I
Have a Cash Provider for €1 Billion. I Now Need a Bank Guarantee
Provider for €1 Billion to Enter a PPP.
I have a funder who can fund me from €10 million to €1 billion
for my project or ppp. However, this funder wants me to issue a bank
guarantee as collateral for the funds from a top 25 bank in the world.
For example, if I want €10 million he will give out 67% cash
= €6.7 million in return get a bank guarantee for €10 million.
I Now need a BG provider to secure the loan. We can both benefit by
sharing the proceeds from the investment. For example, the funds can
be blocked in my account at the trade bank until the trade is complete.
Let me know
if you can work with these procedures as outlined below. I can provide
a specimen for the bank guarantee as well.
Step 1
Both parties (Borrower and Financier) will conclude funding arrangement.
Step 2
Within (2) international Bank working days after concluding funding
arrangement, Both parties will arrange bank officer-to-bank officer
communication via bank secured communication. And then within 2
hours, Both party's banks will confirm Finacier's ability to provide
funds for transaction and Borrower's ability to deliver paper as
Bank Guarantee.
Step 3
Within (2) international Bank working days after the communication
and confirmation by both banks, Borrower's bank will issue SWIFT
MT 799 (Pre Advise) "Appendix A" to the Provider's bank.
Step 4
Within (2) international Bank working days after Financier's receipted
Swift MT799 Pre-advise, Financier's bank will reply by Swift MT799
to confirm fund to Borrower's bank and confirming readiness to receive
the Operative BG MT760 and to make payment available against the
successful authentication and confirmation of the BG.
Step 5
Within(2) international Bank working days after Borrower's receipted
Swift MT799 confirmed fund, Borrower's bank will issue SWIFT the
BG via MT760 "Appendix B" to Financier's bank.
Step 6
Financier will, upon receipt of the operative BG via Swift MT 760
in their bank and would instruct his bank to verify, validate and
authenticate the instrument with the issuing bank.
Step 7
Upon successful verification, authentication and confirmation of
the BG, Financier's Bank will release payment to the Borrower's
bank account.
Step 8
After Borrower's receipt of payment, Borrower's bank will deliver
the Hard Copy of BG via bank bonded courier to Financier's bank
within 7 working days. Transaction completes.
Step 9
After each swift transaction completed, each party (Borrower and
Financier), will receive a copy of the finalized swift transaction
to date via email.

DEBT: A Loan
where Client receives what's referred to as a traditional prodict,

Closed-end fund is to be established which will serve to finance the
client's project or property. The project is prepared and offered
to interested parties in accordance with statutory requirements and
as required by BAFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of the

Stakeholders
participate in any amount of XXX until such amount is reached in
