To summarise, there are 3, Small German utility companies up for sale, they were formed when the German government deregulated the power industry. All three companies have the licences to build, generate and sell power. They currently do not generate any power themselves; they are buying on the spot Market so they make very little profit. They all also own their own meter reading and billing companies. The sale price they are selling at is 16.5 Euro Cents per KWH, and they charge one year in advance. The total cost to purchase the 3 companies and build three power plants in different areas of Germany would be Euros 850 million. I will bear the cost of building the power plants, and sell at a fixed price of 65 Euros per MW.
I would like you and your investors the finance the project in exchange you can have the two larger companies and I will have the small company. I will need 250 million Euros, in the form of a long term loan or payment by L/C. Repayments to begin 18 after months. The two larger companies will cost around 300 Million Euros. (b) The second larger Emerald is 16,840 carats, 3.296 kgs is assessed for USD 792 Million is stored. This storage is not a bonded waerhouse, and the asset is available for inspection or transfer to a mutually acceptable financial institution or storage facilty.
2. Contracts / MOUs with Govts. SOBAF PANISOX, a Canadian JV company between SOBAF SARL an ISO 9001 Cameroonian engaged in aluminium fabrication for last 20 years and PANISOX a prefabricated building plant (plant design attached) manufacturer from Canada have signed the following contracts :
(a) Govt of Ghana. A contract with the Govt of Ghana, Ministries of Health and Defence separately, each of USD 200 Million for construction of houses for their staff and fully equipped hospital. This envisages a loan to be secured against a Sovereign Guarantee. The land will be provided by the Govt. A copy of one MOU is attached herewith. Other MOU is not attached for the moment and will be made available if required by you to proceed.

Request for Financial Assistance to Obtain $5 Billion USD Project Funding

I hereby request financial help for $52 million USD to obtain funding for my real estate project. $50 million will be paid to my lender after issuing the $5 billion while $2 million will be charged by my bank to send your bank an irrevocable conditional bank pay order (ICBPO) for $60.4 million USD. Banker's Draft for Project Finance

I have a gurantor who is ready to issue a bank draft of 3.8 billion euros plus interest if I get a lender who can fund my project for the 3.8 billion euros. Guarantor will place draft on euroclear for verification by lender. Lender will then issue funds. Guarantor will then send draft to lender's bank by mt760 followed by hard copy by bank bonded courier. Bank draft will be issued by Deutsche bank, HSBC or Barclays in favour of lender.

3.8 Billion Euros Funding Required for Real Estate Project

Lenders and guarantors who accept procedure below must contact us now.

1. Borrower sends LOI to guarantor requesting issuance of bank draft for $5 billion plus interest of 5% on Euroclear.

2. Guarantor places draft on Euroclear in lender's name and invites lender to verify.

3. Upon verification of draft, lender sends proof of funds for $5 billion USD to guarantor and borrower. Proof of funds will be in the form of a bank confirmation letter on full bank letterheads signed by 2 bank officers.

4. Guarantor and borrower banks use confirmation letter to verify that there is $5 billion USD in lender's account with the bank. That the funds are owned and not leased by lender, unencumbered, clean, legally earned and available for release immediately. Verification of funds can be done by swift or manual or both.

5. Once lender's funds are successfully verified, lender's bank issues an ICBPO for 1% of $5 billion USD to guarantor's bank and 99% of $5 billion USD to borrower's bank by 2 separate MT799. The MT799 to guarantor's bank says that upon receipt of the $5 billion USD plus 5% interest by draft MT760 from guarantor's bank, the lender's bank will wire by MT103 1% of $5 billion USD to guarantor's designated bank account. The MT799 to borrower's bank says that upon receipt of the $5 billion USD plus 5% interest by draft MT760 from guarantor's bank, the lender's bank will wire by MT103 99% of $5 billion USD to borrower's nominated bank account.
