Collateral
Provider Required for a $5 Billion USD Project Loan
I have a real
estate project that requires $5 billion USD to secure. I have a
financier who is ready to fund the project provided I can get a
guarantor to issue a bank guarantee (BG) from a top 25 bank. Upon
receipt of my LOI, the financier will post a bank draft on Euroclear
in my favour for $5 billion USD. The draft will be issued by Deutcsh
Bank, Barclays Bank or HSBC. My bank will authenticate the draft.
Once the draft is proven, I have to issue the BG in favour of the
financier. The financier will authenticate the BG and then send
the draft to my bank by MT760 to get the $5 billion USD. A hard
copy of the draft will be sent to my bank by bonded courier. The
interest on the loan is 10% per annum. The BG must incorporate the
principal plus the interest and the financier will cash in the BG
at the end of 12 months to get his money back with interest.
I have access
to a reputable and high performing private placement program (PPP)
where the $5 billion cash can be leveraged to pay back the guarantor's
cost of securing the BG plus agreed profit and the loan from the
financier. The balance that remains will then be channelled into
the project. The PPP pays proceeds weekly and runs for 40 weeks.
To ensure that this transaction runs smoothly with 100% safety,
the $5 billion loan will be kept in a designated bank account in
a top 25 bank and will not move until the trade program is completed
and all required payments have been made.

are several options for financing projects which I have available.
1) For one financier, he requires the Borrower to provide a Stand-by
Letter of Credit (SBLC) issued by a "Top Tier Bank", for
an amount equivalent to no less than 10% of the minimum loan amount
of $15 Million (USD) requested as the collateral support for the application.
It will be necessary for the Borrower to have their Banker provide
the Bank's preferred TEXT for our review and acceptance. That will
come with their indication of timeliness in preparing and transmission
of the SBLC/BG.
Upon receipt of that proposed TEXT, we will have our Funding Facility's
Bankers accept or make recommendation on any change that is deemed
necessary and vital to what is required.
That amendment will be delivered immediately to the Borrower's Bank
and we will work together to complete the verbiage that will be acceptable
to both the issuing and receiving Banking Facilities.
The issuing Bank will then issue the SBLC/BG in accordance with those
acceptable changes.
He will also
require an executive summary.
2) I have another
financier who can provide investment capital, (a) joint venture
partner(s), a loan, and/or collateral if the principal has some
cash equity in or available for the project. He will require that
the attached application form be completed and returned. I will
then give his contact information. If you call and speak with him,
