The following Closing Procedures are acceptable by our Receiving Bank:

PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer issues and delivers a fully signed LOI (which will serve as the Contract to Purchase) with Buyer’s Full bank coordinates. Client Information Sheet (CIS), Corporate Resolution (If Applicable), Passport copy, Consulting Fee, Protection Agreement and advice of desired tranching schedule. Buyer will
provide “POF” as follows, Buyer issue a Authorization Letter as part of the CIS package giving Seller’s bank officer to contact Buyer’s bank officer to confirm Buyer’s capability and intent to pay for
BG(s)via Buyer’s Bank issuing a Bank Purchase Order. Or by the Buyer signing this document as stated in the Buyer’s banking allowing Sellers verification.

2. Seller accepts, and returns LOI counter signed with their details, coordinates and format presented herein, thereby making this LOI a legal contract and submits back to Buyer.

3. Seller’s bank officer sets window time for him/her and Buyer’s bank officer to communicate (Seller’s bank officer will contact Buyer’s bank officer).

4. Upon mutually agreed successful bank to bank communication, Buyer's bank will issue via a MT-199 / MT-799 that the Buyer / Buyer’s bank is ready, willing and able to issue Bank Purchase Order to Seller's bank coordinates for the first tranche invoice value, and requests, via SWIFT, that Seller’s issuing bank will send a guarantee of delivery of the Bank Guarantee (BG) for the value of the first tranche to the Buyer's nominated bank coordinates.

5. Buyer's bank issues the Bank Purchase Order to Seller's issuing bank designated banking coordinates.

6. Seller issues BG invoice, containing all identifiers and data necessary for Buyer to validate, to Buyer’s nominated account.

7. Settlement shall be organized between Seller and Buyer bankers.

The Size of the project financing is net $1,000,000,000. Therefore, the depositor / investor deposit 5 1/2 times over the needed funded amount, which is $5,500,000,000. 55% go towards the principal amount. 25% go towards the interest amount. 1% go to the Depositor and Program Manager,each, respectively. 18% go to fund the project, which comes out to $1,000,000,000.

27 November 2008 We have available an alternative structure financing offer, which can be effective in assisting projects with the acceptable collateral to cover both the principal and the interest portion of the loan. A method of arranging to provide 100% collateral is used to the project borrower´s credit enhancement. This credit enhancement from our Fund´s provider is used to purchase a Specially Structure CD or bank note, in which, the project funding bank creates. This CD, credit enhancement is assigned to the project by the Fund´s provider and pledged back to the bank. The CD is now utilized to serve as acceptable collateral for the principle portion of the loan. Out of the proceeds of the funded loan amount, a portion will be pledged back into a custodial account at the project funding bank.

This is an income generating portfolio account, which will serve as acceptable collateral and mitigate the debt service risk for the interest portion of the loan. 27 November 2008 We seek a company or individuals that can assist us with the following: The Commercial Loan procedure must be Collateral first, (i.e. the Client must show his capability of issuing BG/ SBLC /MTN/ CD/ Bond). Then, the Lender will disclose his banking coordinates to receive the collateral, and then release the loan. As long as the Client is RWA with banking coordinates ready and available, the transaction can be completed easily, (funding can be received within approximately 25 banking days from the time that the Client shows proof of the collateral).

The Client has to issue the LOI to apply for a commercial loan. The loan minimum is US $50M up to US $5B+. Upon receipt of the LOI, the Lender will return his LOO (conditional Letter of Offer) to fund the loan. The Funding Service Agreement is basically a bank-to-bank operation, (i.e. when the Client is ready to issue BG/ SBLC /MTN/ CD with Issuing Bank details disclosed, the Lender will disclose his receiving bank details).

The loan interest is approximately 8%, or better. The Loan can be applied for 10 years. The interest rate is FIXED for the loan period.

There are no up front fees involved whatsoever. All fees are charged only after the loan is approved, and will be deducted at time of loan releasing only (at closing). (The Lender charges a one-time 5% fee. Both the interest and the 5% fee, totaling 13%, would be deducted from the loan proceeds at closing.) So, the Client does not need to pay a cent to the Lender to apply for the loan. Only successful transactions will be paid.

The Loan is typically issued for 90% to 95% of the face value of the bank instrument, (or possibly more depending on the instrument type and the financial strength of the issuing bank). Please reply if you are capable of providing the Lenders or the Collateral Providers!

I have two projects that need funding. They both are humanitarian projects that require the lender to provide a letter from the bank that will be issuing the funds stating, "We have approved a loan in the amount of X dollars subject to our receipt of acceptable collateral". The collateral the principal will provide will be a cash backed BG or cash backed SBLC or any other form that is acceptable to the lender. This unique offer is an alternative project financing approach to conventional lending, so keep in mind this must be a deposit which is five and a half times over the funding amount, which is the amount needed to fund the project.

Basically what I have is a group of lenders that fund projects around the world. I used to tell people the minimum they lent is 200M and no maximum but that is unrealistic in today's market conditions. The minimum that they lend is 100M and the maximum is 300M for each year. So if a borrower wanted 1B it could be spread out over a few years. They charge 4 percent annually on the loan amount. 200M loan = 8M interest per year. They would take the first years interest out of the payment so 200M - 8M = 192M borrower would get. They require the borrower to provide collateral such as a cash backed SBLC. The SBLC must be from a top bank ie; HSBC, abn amro, deutsche bank.

They require:
-Project Report (details on how money is going to be used) -Letter of intent (Issuing bank writes letter stating they are willing to issue so and so a cash backed SBLC of X dollars)

After those are approved, then the paperwork starts between both parties (borrower and lenders) followed by the SBLC and release of funds.

Project financing through unencumbered realty

The current financial crisis has pretty much affected everybody. Most of us have a smaller budget or smaller income. On the other hand, unencumbered realty has a high value whereby one usually does not earn anything from this. This value (min. 50,000 EURO) can be activated to create a monthly passive income without having to sell it. It is a long term investment strategy but can also be used on a short term. In either case it provides monthly pay outs.

This is only valid for owners of realty in Western Europe. The Project Developer is located in Germany. When asking for more information please include some data about your realty e.g. is it your home or an industrial one, do you currently use it or is it let, location and it's approximate value.

13 November 2008 We have available an alternative structure financing offer, which can be effective in assisting projects with the acceptable collateral to cover both the principal and the interest portion of the loan. A method of arranging to provide 100% collateral is used to the project borrower´s credit enhancement. This credit enhancement from our Fund´s provider is used to purchase a Specially Structure CD or bank note, in which, the project funding bank creates. This CD, credit enhancement is assigned to the project by the Fund´s provider and pledged back to the bank.

The CD is now utilized to serve as acceptable collateral for the principle portion of the loan. Out of the proceeds of the funded loan amount, a portion will be pledged back into a custodial account at the project funding bank. This is an income generating portfolio account, which will serve as acceptable collateral and mitigate the debt service risk for the interest portion of the loan.

Our project funding bank will manage and/or operate this portfolio as the premium income will accrue in this account until all of the annual interest payments are paid to the bank. The remainder portion of the loan proceeds will cover the costs of collateral, misc, placement fees, and of course, the walk-away fallout amount to fund and capitalize the project- without the burden or responsibility of repaying the loan back. 13 November 2008 I have a proposal to raise funds of 100m Euros against a Promissory Note from a bank ,PN will be issued with lender as beneficiary upon we receiving a firm offer to fund. Bank has a JV with a mining company that can supply AU to cover funds at price of 10% discount of 2nd Fixing LME.

PN will be sent by swift MT760 to lender's receiving bank upon we receiving a Letter of Intent to give funds and also lenders bank confirmation of funds. Funds will be sent to the bank's account at it's correspondence bank in Europe.

Contract will be put in place to cover supply of AU , supply will be 90 days after funds are received in the account.
