Do you need a leased BG/SBLC to activate a credit line at your A rated or better bank? I can help. I am an official agent to a BG/SBLC leased bank instrument provider that can meet your needs.

Leasing fees are 13% for the first year and 15% for subsequent years up to a maximum of five years. There is a Refundable Security Deposit of $35,000.00 per $100M face value of instrument that is required to activate client's file after all of the agreements have been signed.

If Pre-Advice is needed, there is an additional $35,000.00 per $100M of bank instrument leased. The leasing fee of 13% for the first year must be paid within 5 days after delivery of the bank instrument to client's bank. Instruments leased are fresh cut instruments. Therefore, client can choose which of the Top 25 Western European banks, he/she wishes the bank instrument to be issued from.

The client's bank must be RWA to do the following for the client:
1). Receive the bank instrument on behalf of the client 2). Pay for the bank instrument leasing fee on behalf of the client 3). Issue a Letter of Undertaking on behalf of client, to return the bank instrument fifteen (15) days prior to bank instrument lease expiration. This can be done either via swift to provider's designated bank or via a physical letter written on bank's letterhead and signed by two bank officials.

Please note: For our leasing services to work for you, your A rated or better bank must be ready, willing and able (RWA) to do a letter of undertaking on your behalf to return the bank instrument to provider fifteen (15) days prior to lease expriation.

If your bank will not do this for you, please do not bother to contact us because our bank instrument leasing services will not work for you.

WANTED: BRIDGE LOAN AND NON-COMMITTAL SOFT LETTER Initial Bridge Loan for financing of $500 million USD (of $5 billion USD.)

This funding is for the initial Stage #1 of corporate financing for acquisitions, and development of 5 Star quality hotels, Eco (Ecology friendly) Resorts, Casinos, and recreational real estate.

These properties are located in Central America, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Principal/Chairman/CEO is in the recreational Real Estate business.

They sell Real Estate and Time Sharing through the operations of 5 Star quality Hotels, Resorts, and Casinos.

Principal/Chairman/CEO is requesting assistance for initially obtaining $500 million USD of the above financing. We are able to arrange for collateral in the form of a Bank Guarantee at closing.

With this information we will then arrange for an officer from the collateral providing bank to contact your lending bank officer direct, bank to bank.

The instrument will then be put on officer’s screen for any questions, authentication and acceptance. The collateral provider is prepared to meet borrower’s total Stage 1 collateral requirements.

Once the initial tranche has been received, the balance of the above funding would be completed in subsequent, daily consecutive tranches of $500m.

PROJECT FUNDING 500m +
Here are the procedures for working with my humanitarian donation group.

1. Everyone involved signs the NCND agreement and it gets lodged with the attorneys.
2. A project summary needs to be submitted to make sure it meets the criteria for the donation group.
3. If approved donation group shall prepare a term sheet
4. Then client or clients sponsor submits Attestation of Funds
5. Once the donation groups bank has approved the client’s bank, MT 799 is sent for 1-2 days.
6. Then donation group will allocate the funds into an account and give client a tear sheet showing funds and also allocation for the specific project.
7. Then all contracts are prepared and signed, and then client or clients sponsor sends MT 799 for 30 days or less and only reserves them.
8. Client or clients sponsor shall receive between 5-15 points depending on the time of year.
9. Once Mt 799 is sent, BG Provider donates BG for project. This normally takes 2-3 weeks.
10. Then project funds are deposited into major account, and administered through Price Water House or equal.
11. All this has to run through a USA 501 C-3 for tax reasons, and then can be donated to an NGO, or Government.
