1. The buyer/euro provider and the seller/usd provider directly or
through their authorizes mandated representative will accept, sign,
seal and return this private foreign currency agreement, along with
the imfpa which is an integral part of this pfcta, by fax or e-mail
(hard copies to be sent by courier service if required)
2. The pfcta is lodged with their respective banks.
3. Immediately following the signature of the contract by both parties,
we, the euro provider will phone the usd provider and ask him when
he is ready to proceed with the first tranche ( hopefully the next
day). we will ask him to confirm the date he is ready to start by
fax and we will acknowledge his fax with our returned fax.
4. After the bke is exchanged, at the agreed window time, the seller’s
bank/usd provider’s bank will transfer the agreed amount of american
dollars by conditional mt103 to the buyer’s bank/euro provider’s
bank for the first tranche.
5. Within four (4) banking hours after receipt, verification and authentification
of the sent conditional mt103, the buyer’s bank/euro provider’s
bank will transfer, by means of an unconditional mt103, the exchanged
equivalent of the euro in usd, raised with a bonus of fifteen percent
(15%) into the buyer’s bank/euro provider’s bank (or buyer’s
bank/euro provider’s bank transfers 85% of countervalue of discounted
euro per each 100 usd).
6. From the total bonus of fifteen percent, ten percent (10%) is for
benefit of the buyer/euro (eur) provider.
7. From the total bonus of fifteen percent, five percent (5%) will
be paid simultaneously as per payment instructions to the intermediaries
as per the master fee protection agreement, which will be integrally,
attached to the contract.
