28 April 2003	Business Ambassador Mardenborough, related companies and ventures group have arbitrated a fund to be managed by its affiliates till December 2005. The remitting bank erroneously transferred the fund into the receiving bank's Escrow account, without instructions to wire the fund on to neneficiary's bank account. Receiving bank is requesting that COT costs be paid to take the fund out of Escrow, which is something new to beneficiary. Beneficiary is seeking a discount on the documents from the remitting bank and the receiving bank of 2,5% up to 5% on the US$15,5 millions fund, rather that paying the COT costs, which beneficiary feels should come out of the fund after it is taken our of Escrow together with the costs to write the fund onwart to beneficiary's bank account. Any lender, investor, bank, banker or Trust company interested in discounting this fund, and please the discounting fees we will allow are negotiable. The fund is when we last contacted the remitting bank, supposed to be in London.
