20 January 2014	If you have a real buyer wants to purchase Bank Guarantees AA without any advance fees; these are the Procedures: 1. Buyer sends letter of intent (LOI) to the Seller attached with copies of Signatory´s passport, Company's resolution and Client Information Sheet (CIS) and for the FIRST TRANCHE, POF/BCL/Bank Statement/ Bank letter RWA to issue MT799 ICBPO. 2. Seller, within three (3) international banking days, countersigns LOI and returns to Buyer with details of BG Issuing bank copy of the passport, etc. and this LOI becomes a full commercial recourse contract, which both parties shall lodge with their respective banks. 3. Buyer's Bank, within three (4) international banking days send swift MT799 ICBPO to Sellers receiving bank, and Buyer will send the swift MT799 ICBPO bank transmission sheet copy to Seller via e-mail for verification and compliance purposes. 4. Seller´s Bank, within four (4) banking days of receipt of swift MT799 ICBPO, and subsequent verification, send SWIFT MT-799 Pre-Advice of the BG to Buyer´s Bank. 5. Buyer´s Bank confirms to Seller's Bank the acceptance of the BG Pre-Advice and Seller´s Bank issue BG by SWIFT MT-760 to Buyers Bank. 6. Buyer's bank verifies, authenticates and pays for the BG within three (3) banking days, and additionally pays out the 2% consultancy fees/commissions, as per the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) 8. Seller's bank, within seven (7) banking days of receipt of full Invoice payment, sends the hard copy (original) BG to Buyer's Bank by bank-bonded courier. 9. The Procedure is repeated until the contracted BGs are delivered and payment is settled in full. And these are the prices + 2% commission BG with € 500 M the price = 60% BG with € 100 M the price = 65% BG with € 50 M the price = 70% BG with € 25 M the price = 75% BG with € 10 M the price = 78% BG with € 5 M the price = 80% Serious only contact; we are direct to the seller.
