Price: 80+1 Issuing Bank: Deutsche Bank, AG We have Buyer-Friendly Purchase Procedures as follows: [1]. 26 July 2011	BG For Lease: Enclosed my comments on the procedure: 1. Lessee and Lessor both sign contract agreement. 2. Lessor gets his bank to issue RWA in favor of the Lessee (you already have a copy of the same) 3. Lessee bank will contact RWA issuing bank to verify authenticity of RWA and complete AML, KYC compliance procedures. 4. On completion of verification and procedures, Lessee bank will confirm payment of bank transmission charges. 5. Lessor bank and Lessee bank shall exchange MT760 and transmission charges, bank to bank, on pre-determined window time. 6. On receipt of hard copy of the instrument via bonded courier, the Lessee bank shall pay lease fee within 7 banking days, after deduction of MT760 SWIFT transmission charges. Commissions as mentioned in the contract agreement shall be paid to the intermediaries as per above (6). The above procedure is simple, transparent and bank to bank.
