5. Buyer and Seller banks enter into bank to bank contact via SWIFT or other mutually acceptable bank communications. The banks confirm the contract and payment on behalf of Buyer and Seller. Buyers bank will be a top-rated European bank.

6. Seller commences shipment of gold dust to Buyer.

7. Buyer purifies the gold and makes bullion.

8. Payment is automatically delivered from Buyer's bank to Seller's bank.

Since this is a foundry direct transaction, Seller will contract directly with the Foundry (Buyer). Preliminary due diligence requirements prior to Foundry direct contact are:
