Floating Debt

The aggregate of current indebtedness, whether accounts or notes payable, or other current accruals of various current maturities, as distinguished from funded debt, unfunded debt, or current liabilities maEagle Tradersg within the current year.  The term is used for the short-term indebtedness of a business corporation or of a government, state, or municipality.
