transfer money internationally. It may happen that they tell you that a
certain amount is needed to obtain permission from the authorities to
pay the money over. Always insist on bank to bank transactions and make
sure the other bank's particulars are above board.

FICUDIARY PLATFORM TAKING ALL SORTS OF ASSETS
Historical Bonds:
Also, we are continuing to take Petchilis (minimum 10 quantity), Liberty
10,000s & 100,000s and Victory 10,000s & 100,000s, and Farmers
Bonds and 27,500 1843 Black Eagles (all at market prices based IMF
price list discussed with the bond owner only) into trade. KYC package
(does not need to be current) identifying the asset holder along with
a spreadsheet of the inventory of bonds according to type, year, denomination,
quantity, folio and passco numbers (if any) in a word doc. High-resolution
scans from corner to corner of the Front & Backs of at least three
of the bonds along with separate scans of the Passco reports (optional).
Passcos are good, but not required.
We currently know that Petchilis will sell for around $50-100M per
bond, and the owner can then have the bond monetized and taken into
a 25 year trade which historically does between 8-12 times the investment
capital per year.

A. DOCUMENTS
NEEDED :
a) A simple Letter of Intent (addressed to "Transaction Manager")
on the Client's Letterhead stating that he would like to participate
in the Opportunity, and the amount of funds he has available.
B) A Client Information Sheet with his bank coordinates and copy
of his Passport.
c) A recent Proof of funds in the form of a BCL, Tear sheet or Bank
Statement signed by two Bank Officers.
B. RETURN ON PARTICIPATION:
a) Historically, the yield has been 200% per month, paid in two
equal payments, every two weeks, for ten consecutive months.
b) If there is a Bullet Program available or forthcoming within
a few days, the client's funds will first be entered into said Bullet
Program, and then the total proceeds will then be entered into the
Standard Trading Opportunity, as described above.
c) The Client will be notified if there is a Bullet Program and
the proceeds of said Bullet Program will be available to him immediately,
if he wants to.
d) The Consulting Fee to the Intermediaries each time the Client
is paid, to be paid from original proceeds to an independent paymaster
is 10% of gross returns.
C. PROCEDURE :
a) The Trading is done in a major WEB, with a US Bank LOC, and the
Client's funds do not leave Client's current sole signatory account,
with no movement of Client's funds.
b) Upon receipt and acceptance of the clients documents, he will
receive a private placement, Trading Contract.
c) Having signed the Trading Contract, he will ask his banker to
block his funds in his account, and confirm said blocking by SWIFT
to the Trading Platform's Bank, as allowed in the country where
the funds are blocked. If a SWIFT (MT542, MT700, or MT760) cannot
be accomplished, then an "administrative hold" or other
type of "blocking" or funds confirmation process can be
employed as well.
d) The Client will be notified if he is involved in a Bullet Program
and when the Trading for his funds starts, and the date of his first
payment.
e) This program will not last long.

Asset Non-Recourse Monetization Program
This program
is specifically structured to monetize hard assets not currently
in the banking system. The asset must have a valuation and SKR for
consideration. The minimum is 500M. The following assets are acceptable
for this program:
* Historical Bonds
* Copper Isotope
* Nicklewire
* Gems
* Precious Metals
* Artwork
Note that other hard assets will be considered given the requirements
are met with a valuation and SKR from a security house.
The LTV range is 40-70%. Blocking is worked out between the monetizer
and custodial institution holding the asset. Payout is within 7-10
days after the blocking mechanism is mutually agreed upon. The cash
can be used to enter a high yield trade platform, personal use or
both.
